From engagement to completion of planning drawings usually take 2 - 3 weeks.
Planning authority normally takes 8 weeks from submission to approval.
On gaining approval from planning the building control application is normally produced within 2 weeks.
In a further 2 weeks the application is approved.
Drawing and specifications can be issued to contractors for tendering.
